Red Cup, Real Coffee — a neighborhood coffee shop & coworking space in Worcester, MA. Opening 2026.
Social Partnership

The coffee opens the door. The community is the point.

Red Cup's coworking side isn't a perk bolted on to a café — it's half the reason we exist. We want to be a genuine leg-up for the people building things in the community.

How we show up

Small shop, real support

We're not a big company with a foundation. We're a neighborhood coffee shop — and this is how we try to give back with what we've got.

Real coworking

Not a corner with a couple of outlets — a proper, purpose-built place to work. Fast wifi, room to spread out, and the quiet focus of a real office, wrapped in the warmth of your neighborhood coffee shop.

A home for first-timers

Students and first-time founders especially welcome — a low-pressure place to meet a client, take a call, or just get out of the house.

Community gatherings

We'd love the space to host meetups, small workshops and local-maker nights once we're open. Got an idea? Bring it to us.

Local & small

Where we can, we'll champion Worcester's other small businesses — local pastries on the counter, neighbors' work on the walls.

The coworking space

Built for a proper day's work

Behind the café is a space designed to actually work in — not a corner you feel guilty occupying, but somewhere you're meant to settle in.

  • Fast, reliable wifi and plenty of power
  • Real tables and comfortable seating
  • A quieter zone for calls and focus
  • Coffee, obviously, a few steps away

In our corner: EforAll

A free cup for every entrepreneur in the arena

Our founder mentors with EforAll (Entrepreneurship for All), and it's a cause we genuinely love. So we're putting coffee behind it: anyone currently in an EforAll mentorship or accelerator program gets a free cup of Red Cup coffee, on us.

EforAll is a nonprofit that helps under-represented entrepreneurs start and grow businesses — pairing them with a free 12-week accelerator, hands-on mentorship, and a community that has their back. Since 2013 it has supported thousands of founders across the country. Building something at one of our tables? The next cup's on the house.
