Great coffee is the promise. Being genuinely useful to Worcester is the point.
Four things we're here to do
Simple promises for a new neighborhood spot — the things we want to be known for.
Serve great coffee
The non-negotiable. Carefully made drinks, quality beans, and a warm welcome every single visit — because everything else here is built on the cup being good.
Make real room to work
Not a café that merely tolerates laptops — a coworking space designed for it, with reliable wifi, proper tables and a seat you're welcome to keep for the afternoon.
Back Worcester's builders
Students, freelancers and first-time founders need somewhere affordable and welcoming to work and meet. We want Red Cup to be that home base — a small leg-up for the people building things here.
Be a good neighbor
We're bringing a tired storefront back to life and opening it up to everyone. Being a good neighbor matters as much as anything on the menu.
A coffee shop is one of the few places a whole neighborhood still shares.
We take that seriously. Red Cup is designed to be Worcester's living room and its workshop at the same time — open to everyone, useful to the people building something.
New here — and listening
We're just getting started, so we won't pretend to have all the answers. What we can promise is to listen to the neighborhood, give back to the community wherever we can, and let the people who use the space help shape what it becomes.
